Event Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at ASLC. We welcome opportunities that align with our mission and serve both our church and community.

To request facility use, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Online Application

Submit your event request as early as possible for the best chance of securing your preferred date and space.

2. Review & Approval

We’ll review your application and contact the event lead with approval status or follow-up questions.

This includes reviewing:

  • Date and time
  • Event purpose
  • Setup or equipment needs
  • Childcare (if requested)
3. Communicate Changes

Once approved, any changes (timing, attendance, cancellations) must be shared as soon as possible before the event.
