Welcome to Abiding Savior

Abiding Savior is both a church and a school, united by one mission: sharing the love of Christ. The church nurtures faith through Word and Sacraments, while the school equips children to grow in faith, knowledge, and service. Together, they form one Christ-centered community where both worship and learning thrive.

We’re a Christ-centered community shaped by God’s Word and Sacraments.

The name Abiding Savior reflects our trust in Christ’s presence in all we do—worship, ministry, and daily life.

Abiding Savior is a member congregation of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

Our History

Abiding Savior began in 1989 as a church plant from First Lutheran Church. We began worshiping in 1991 at Oak Hall School and relocated to our current sanctuary in 1994. Our preschool opened in 1995 with just four classrooms.

In 2007, we added the Family Life Center, made possible by a generous gift from Charles and Charlotte Scholz, expanding space for fellowship and preschool growth.
