National Youth Gathering

Held every 3 years since 1980, the LCMS Youth Gathering (Gathering) provides thousands of youth and adults the opportunity to come together as a community of God’s people to learn more about Jesus Christ, the Christian faith and their Lutheran identity. During the 5 days of the Gathering, youth spend time together in God’s Word, worship, service and fellowship with others from across the synod.
This event is organized by LCMS Youth Ministry in Saint Louis, MO.

Sunday Nights with Youth

Middle school and high school youth meet on Sunday nights from 4:00-6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. Dinner is provided by a parent or congregation member. The youth play games and have a short Bible study while also connecting with their friends.

Pumpkin Patch

Held annually since 2016, the pumpkin patch serves as the main fundraiser for the youth group each year. The patch is open every day during the month of October and is staffed by youth families and members of the congregation. The pumpkin patch has been a great tool for outreach. There are activities on the weekends to include a bounce house, train, and various photo ops.
The annual Oktoberfest and Trunk or Treat also draw a large crowd during this time.

Middle School Youth Gathering

The Gathering specifically targets middle school youth. To register, a youth must be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Non-LCMS youth are certainly welcome to attend also!
