We know that people of all ages can be bound together in the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ, and that God's Holy Spirit can give us new life through Word or Sacrament. No matter who you are, God loves you and desires you to be a part of His family.

June Celebration Events

June 12

The first of six Sunday celebration services will feature presentations by Family Life, Outreach and Helping Hands ministries at both services.

June Community Outreach Events!

What better way to kick off our celebration than to give thanks to God for our many blessings by reaching out to those in greatest need in our community. We will do this by cooking and serving four dinner meals at St. Francis House on Thursday, June 2, and Wednesdays, June 8, 22, and 29.

A MIGHTY FORTRESS VBS: Following Jesus, the Light of the World!"

ASLC's 2017 Vacation Bible School program launches Sunday, July 9 through Thursday, July 13. Join us for four evenings of fun, beginning at 5:15pm for a kid-friendly dinner and ending at 8:00pm with a Finale.

You can register kids online at www.vbsmate.com/AbidingSaviorVBS or registration forms will be available in the Narthex. We welcome friends and visitors to celebrate and follow Jesus, the Light of the World! Please be sure to register early so we know you are coming.
